TERMINATION
Foldable Real Estate Frame may terminate or suspend access to the site immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms & Condition. In the event of any such termination, the indemnification provisions set forth above shall survive.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms & Condition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Indian, without giving effect to any conflict of laws rules or provisions. If any provision of these Terms & Condition shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms & Condition and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The failure of Foldable Real Estate Frame to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Condition will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
